Social Worker in London
KPMSUK have a team of Social Workers whom take the lead in delivering a specialist programme commissioned by the Local Authority. We are recruiting recently qualified Social Workers for our Social Worker position.
What are you going to do:
We are recruiting newly/recently qualified Social Workers for our In-house Social Worker position. The core duties and responsibilities include:
1. Contributing to and promoting a high level of safeguarding within the service
2. Monitoring service delivery and performance from the perspective of the corporate parent
3. Compilation of risk management and support plans, ensuring they are reflective of our policy and meet our statutory responsibilities
4. Case management oversight of all cases to ensure our commissioned service is being effectively delivered by the team
5. Oversee, advocate for and uphold therapeutically informed environment
6. Oversee and coordinate new referrals, with a focus on the foundations needed to create immediate placement stability
7. Ensuring case files are audit ready
8. Partnership working with statutory bodies and attendance at all relevant meetings
9. Strong relationship building with young people and clients to achieve the best outcomes

Salary and Benefits
We are looking for somebody based in London who is willing to travel for on site case visits to our nationwide homes, and Local Authority offices. Our Head Office is in Stratford.
Starting salary between £30,000 and £37,000 per annum based on suitability and experience to the post. Benefits include:
· Sociable hours and no weekend or shift work.
· Increasing annual leave entitlement after 2 years of continuous service.
· Retention payment of £2000

Required education and preferences:
1. Applicants must have a Social Work degree or equivalent
2. Appropriate Social Work registration or pending
3. Full enhanced DBS
