Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be providing administrative support to the Clinical Unit Managers and Ward Team.

What you will be doing:


  • Upload/update staff shift information on the Quinyx rota system.
  • Input staff annual leave and overtime onto the Quinyx rota system.
  • Ensure service users folders and observation sheets are filed accurately.

     

  • Support with covering reception.
  • Support Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
  • Administration for Induction/New Starters.
  • Organise new starter 3-month Probation meetings.
  • Updating Supervision/Line Management Tree.
  • Undertake a daily review of attendance information, including monitoring of all absences on Honeydew with Charge Nurse.
  •  

  • Ensuring all permanent, bank and agency staff have completed their mandatory training. 
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Monitoring staff wellbeing.

 Location: Cotswold Spa Hospital, Station Road, Broadway WR12 7DE 7DE but, may be required to work at another local Elysium location.

Cotswold Spa Hospital is a specialist eating disorder service, located in the picturesque village of Broadway Worcestershire, for young people aged between 13 and 25 years which offers both inpatient and day patient treatment programmes.  The hospital is close to the Cotswold Way and the area boasts natural beauty with Cheltenham to the South and Warwick to the North.

The service is for young people of all genders with an eating disorder, predominantly:

 

  • Bulimia Nervosa
  • Anorexia Nervosa
  • Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder

 

The hospital has been specifically designed with the adolescent and young adult in mind. The interior design of the hospital is both contemporary and comfortable incorporating young people’s art.
