About the team

Seller Experience team is building tools for Suppliers and Vendors touching all aspects of the life-cycle: supplier onboarding, product creation, purchase orders and invoices, marketing, analytics. Seller Experience team operates with 100+ stakeholders across the company, engages in plenty cross-department work and undertakes projects with big impact. A lot of independence, very strong development team, good vibes in the team.

About the role

We are looking for an individual providing technical product support in our ambitious customer roadmap that includes both product improvements and engineering excellence. Ensuring that the engineering team are equipped with clear technical requirements and the Product Leadership is comfortable with the direction. Making sure that development work is done as efficiently as possible and in an iterative manner, that allows us to react to changes rapidly & deliver product value quickly through short iterations.

• Leading multiple Products across multiple Squads independently, liaising with multiple stakeholders and undertaking cross-department work
• Providing solid technical understanding of the product needs, strategy and constraints
• Providing deep knowledge of users and customers, and providing team with the data about how our customers engage with our products
• Business process modelling, problem statements, data attributes, user stories, roadmaps, release plans, refinement – maximum exposure
• You will be providing the team with necessary technical knowledge to create solutions that are both valuable and viable: database work, API integrations, etc.

Skills and experience

• Knowledge and ability to practically apply the techniques and methods of product discovery and product delivery
• Experience as Senior Product Manager or working with product teams is preferred
• Strong understanding of technology; works well with engineers
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to layout your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
