About the role:

We're looking for a quality focused Recruitment Coordinator, to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is pivotal in supporting the hiring of practice owners across our estate. You will be responsible for providing an operational coordination service to the business and team. Supporting the Recruitment Specialist team and stakeholders with processes and tools, to ensure Vets for Pets attract and onboard the right Practice Owners, in the right place, at the right time.  The key focus is to ensure resourcing processes are followed, resourcing projects and reporting are delivered and to ensure the delivery of operational support. The role is varied from creating and quality checking advert content, through to liaising with a range of stakeholders, reporting and coordination of recruitment related activity. Your key focus will be to ensure the experience we provide to our hiring managers and candidates is exceptional and efficient, right across the hiring and onboarding process.

This role will see you:

  • Co-ordinate interviews, assessment and meetings as required.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through to the hand-off to on boarding.
  • Support the partnership recruitment team in ensuring adherence to the recruitment process
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including Practice Owners, operations and people functions, to ensure that high customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Support and encourage compliance with policies and procedures throughout the resourcing lifecycle, including ensuring comprehensive and accurate information is maintained in key systems to ensure consistent standards across the team.
  • Timely advertising of vacancies, including gathering appropriate content to ensure our advertising and communications are best in class.
  • Monitor applications and provide status updates to the partnership recruitment team.
  • Monitor and action calls /emails or other communications received by the Partnership recruitment team
  • Provide support to team on recruitment-related reporting.
  • Co-ordinate sending resourcing-related communications to the business

  • Proven team co-ordination skills within a large, complex corporate environment
  • Strong organisational skills, fluent in MS Office applications
  • Able to positively influence at all levels of an organisation, and to develop valued relationships with Managers and Candidates alike
  • Supports our organisations values and behaviours
  • Has resilience and tenacity
  • Detailed oriented with strong learning agility.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing roles involving a high degree of verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience working within a Resourcing or wider People Function support position
  • Experience of onboarding processes.
  • Best practice advertising and attraction methodologies
