What to expect
As a Senior Support Analyst you will join us on our journey and support our people strategy, processes and tools, enabling leaders to identify and develop their talent. This position reports to Systems, Reporting & & MI Manager and would be responsible for providing support in the maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system.
You will be accountable for and take ownership of the ongoing administration, maintenance and operation any assigned module of our SAP SuccessFactors system. You will participate in, lead and contribute to further systems development to enable continuing innovation. You will ensure that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines.
You will work with the team to ensure that our contracts with the Systems Vendor and Systems Support third party suppliers are maintained and the third parties fulfil their obligations to agreed SLAs.
You will be working part of a team of Business & MI Reporting Analysts, enabling the HR function to meet appropriate SLAs for the wider Post Office business.

What youll need to succeed
You will be a responsible for the future road map of SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP. You will work in line with the support model put in place at POL to support the SAP SF Systems.
As a Senior Systems Analyst . You will:
Take ownership of investigating, troubleshooting and resolving issues arising from queries or related business change request or quarterly application viz; upgrades, fixes, & enhancement.
Work with other internal colleagues and 3rd party vendors as needed for systems maintenance.
Partner with Project teams to implement further SuccessFactors modules, supporting other HRIS / HRSC resources allocated to projects.
Work with the SAP SuccessFactors Lead and the wider HR community to maintain, and operate the SF modules to reflect and communicate our business processes, and to manage our HR events.
Be responsible for maintaining system security roles and supporting content (for example, profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.)
Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups.
Provide support with the creation of training materials related to SAP SuccessFactors and facilitating where required.
Support in various data integrity issues resolutions as they arise.
Monitor SAP/SuccessFactors connectors/integrations and any integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions.
