Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their continued growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying and nurturing new client relationships in the East and West Midlands area.
Developing and maintaining strong networks in the construction and renovation industries.
Creating and implementing strategic business development plans to generate new opportunities.
Promoting our services, showcasing our commitment to quality, and building trust with potential clients.
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly.
Providing clients with detailed prework assessments and tailored solutions.
Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through our comprehensive aftercare services.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Proven experience in a flooring, plastering, or dry lining company.
Strong understanding of the construction industry in the East and West Midlands.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A track record of delivering results in a business development or sales role.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additionally, we are open to negotiating a package for the right candidate.
