Deputy Home Manager - Cardiff Deputy Manager Location – Cardiff Part Supernumerary 50 Bedded Service which is privately owned Excellent reputation in the local area Criteria NMC PIN RGN, RMN or RNLD Considered Ideally Management experience, but not essential Benefits Great rate of pay, and other benefits Support of Dedicated Manager Beautiful setting Lovely team of staff Responsible for, but not limited to the following: To act as a clinical and professional role model, supporting newly appointed staff. Supporting the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home and taking charge in their absence To contribute to the learning environment of the Home, directing junior staff, and maintaining with them a happy healthy working relationship which is conducive to a professional atmosphere To ensure that the Home's policy on storage, checking and administering medicines is strictly adhered to. Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of evidence based care required.
