The Wigmore - an upscale tavern, named The Best PubBar 2022 by The Caterer magazine, is currently recruiting for a Waiter

Waitress. In this role, we are looking for a true hospitality professional, someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service to our guests.

In the role of Waiter, your key focus will be to: ● welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner ● provide prompt, friendly and efficient service ● be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu ● support the team in delivering an excellent experience for guests ● be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of our guests and bar team ● be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills ● ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to ● demonstrate your passion in The Wigmore and surprise and delight our guests ● be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately

Do you have? - ● excellent customer service skills ● previous experience in a similar environment ● flair, passion and a conscientious attitude ● confidence, professionalism and engaging personality ● ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests ● excellent attention to detail ● clear conversational English

This is a one year maternity cover contract.
